Denon 3808ci only connects with PS3 on.

I have a Denon 3808ci and PS3 connected to my network. Lately, the Denon has been unable to connect to Twonky. I'm trying to play flac files. However I have discovered that if I turn on the PS3 first, the Denon connects. Does anyone have an idea why the PS3 effects the Denon? I don't get it.
