Twonky Forum

Hi,

currently I am using Twonky Server Version 4.4.3.1 with Ubuntu 10.04. I was interested in the new version 6 and installed this on a my Windows 7 Laptop.

Is this correct that in version 6 you are not able to build your own music or photo tree??

Further I missed the "naming" and in detail the "Standardize titles". In Version 6 all names starting with "the" are sorted under "t". Version 4 ignores this, what I find much better.

Without these two topics, i will not update Twonky Server on my Ubuntu Server.

You'll find various threads about creating your own trees under v6 in the forums - it can certainly be done.

I've written a couple of advanced music trees (menus) and published them here. They are on the Qnap forum as I can't upload stuff to the Twonky forum any more (that option seems to have been removed).
