cant view large video files

hi im trying to view my video which are over 7 gig but they are not showing in folder
any help please

Which of those are you running TwonkyServer on and what version (as TMM_Product_Manager already asked) are you running?

hi its 5.1.4-1 twonky server
i can view all the large video files in vista os but when i try to watch them on my tv they are not showing they are also not showing on twonky server ?

When you say that you can view them in Vista, is that via Twonky or via a file share (I'm guessing file share)?

It could be a limitation in such an old version of Twonky - have you tried to see if there is a 6.0 version available for your NAS?

i have tried updating but its telling me connection refused
