several Windows PCs
TwonkyServer 6.0.32
Atom Homeserver (1.6GHz, 2GB RAM)
Windows XP Professional
Twonky is running as service
I can't exactly tell since when this problem occures. I'm using twonky server only for audio-files. Since at least one month all covers are displayed kind of disortet.
The coverarts are embedded in the files and also placed in every album folder as a file.
The problem occures with every device I try to access the files, also when accessing the twonky-webinterface.
I allready rebuild the database without any change.
If you need any more information please let me know.

Re: Error displaying album covers
I have not seen this problem before but I'm checking with our engineers to see if they have a suggestion for you. If they do, I'll post it here.
UPDATE: Issue fixed in TM 2.0.7.11 which includes TS 6.0.35. This update should be posted here and on our forum around mid August.

Re: Error displaying album covers
Christian thinks you may have one or more corrupted files in your server cache. He suggests you try to delete your cache. Please let me know if that works. Thanks.

Re: Error displaying album covers
Hello again!
Thanks for your replay.
I deleted the folder "cache" within my db-folder. Unfortunately the coverarts are still disortet.
Best regards
Ingmar

Re: Error displaying album covers
Would it be possible for you to send me a single song so I can try to reproduce this issue? If yes, send to tmm-beta@pv.com.

Re: Error displaying album covers
I did not receive it yet. I wonder if our spam filter intercepted it. You may need to change it's extension to something like .doc, so it's not filtered.

Re: Error displaying album covers
Good news. We were easily able to reproduce your issue and have created a support issue on this. To check on the status of this issue at a later date, ask me about mm-5045.
Thanks.

Re: Error displaying album covers
Found a solution for my problem:
I'm using Mp3tag to manage my ID3-tags. After upgrading to the newest version somehow the tag-format was switched to ID3v2.4 UTF-8. That caused the disorted coverarts. After switching to ID3v2.3 UTF-16 and re-saving all tags the coverarts are displayed correctly now.
