Viewing Copied Media on Your PC
To view copied media on your PC, click on the View Copied Media button that appears after you press the Copy button. The folder that contains the copied media will automatically open.
Note: The View Copied Media button only appears after you copy media to your PC. If you copy it to your phone, or another PC on your network, it will not appear. Here is where media is copied on a PC running Windows XP:
Copied music is stored here:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\My Music\TwonkyMedia\uploaded songs
Copied photos are stored here:
E:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\My Pictures\TwonkyMedia\uploaded photos
Copied videos are stored here:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\My Videos\TwonkyMedia\uploaded videos
Tip: Since all copied photos will be moved into a single folder, you may want to create new folders to organize your copied media so it’s easier to locate later.
Playing Media on Your Connected Devices
If you have web-connected devices on the same network as the PC running TwonkyCopy, your device can now access your PC’s media. Specific steps for playing your network media will vary by device, but when it comes time to select a server, choose the name that you gave to the TwonkyCopy media server. View your device’s manual or website for further instructions. To view a list of products that work with TwonkyCopy, go to our list of supported devices here, or check out the DLNA.org website.
TwonkyCopy Settings
Click on the Gear icon in the upper right to view the TwonkyCopy settings.
Max Copy Size: To prevent users from accidently filling up their entire phone with media, we limit the amount of media you can copy at a time to 1500MB. This is the amount of space required to store 500-600 songs or photos. Of course, you can increase this number if desired. You can also ignore the warning and continue with a copy operation if you’d like.
Upgrade: Clicking this button takes you to a page where you can upgrade to TwonkyManager. A future version of TwonkyManager will include all TwonkyCopy features.

Re: Introducing TwonkyCopy for PC and Mac
I am currently not able to load TwonkyCopy both on my Windows 7 SP1 64-bit Desktop and Notebook. I've installed the latest version of TwonkyServer over my TwonkyManager installation in order to install TwonkyCopy. When I tried opening TwonkyCopy on the Notebook it didn't show any UI although I was able to see a TwonkyCopy process (with about 3 MB of memory usage) on the Task Manager. On the Desktop it crashes right on start.
Is this a know issue? Is there anyone seeing the same behavior?
Thanks,
Jean

Re: Introducing TwonkyCopy for PC and Mac
Hello Jean,
Sorry that TwonkyCopy does not start up or crashed on your systems. As a baseline I installed the same versions as you did and in the order you did. On my Win 7 Enterpise,sp 1 (64bit) TwonkyCopy Launches without issue. Question when you installed TwonkyServer did you checkmark "Preserved Settings" during install? I did in my testing.
Regards,
Product Support
