Twonky not seeing updated folders

Hi, I'm new to this forum and I'd appreciate some assistance.
I have a Qnap TS-210 running TwonkyServer and streaming through TwonkyMobile and WDTV Live to home cinema system. I recently moved across all my music, photos and videos to my NAS and everything seemed ok.
I have since started reorganising some of my music folders and Twonky does not see these updates - it's like it's cashed the original folder/file structure and still shows folders that I have deleted or moved. If I look at the folders and files in Qnap Multimedia all the updates can be seen.
I have rescaned files and rebuilt the database in Twonky. I have also removed the link to the Qmultimedia folder, reset everything and then re-connected back to Qmultimedia hoping that would work but it's still the same!
Anyone got any ideas how to cure this?
