I have a new Samsung UA55D8000 TV and getting it set up has been fairly easy. It picked up my wifi and identified all the network devises including MBL which has some .mp4 videos stored on it in the Shared Videos Folder. The TV says “not supported format†when try to open them. Yet when put the same video onto a USB drive they play just fine! Thought it may be the wifi causing the problem so tried a network cable but no joy. Videos play fine on my iPad2 using Air Video (have the .m4v format videos in a separate folder in Shared Videos).
What is causing the problems of the .mp4 videos not playing?
Thanks

Re: Videos not playing to TV
I'll mention this to our engineers so they are aware of it. Keep in mind that your TV uses different player software for the USB jack than it does for network playback.
Would it be possibe for you to send a short test file so we could try and reproduce this?
