Transcoding to MP4
I purchased TwonkyServer because it is supposed to transcode video on the fly. I need to transcode requested video from my server to mp4 format for an iPod Touch and HP Touchpad. I installed ffmpeg and selected mp4 under the transcode menu and restarted the server. It is not transcoding. The files are going to my devices in the original formats, not mp4. How do I make TwonkyServer default all video sent to my devices as mp4? Thanks!

Re: Transcoding to MP4
It sounds like the problem might be that you haven't created a description file telling FFmpeg what to do. There is some general info about this here: http://www.twonkyforum.com/viewtopic.ph ... 714#p22749
We realize this isn't that easy to do. That's why we're eliminating the need to do this with TwonkyServer 7.0 which should be available late summer.
