Transcoding FLAC & Video ISO

I did browse through the whole website but could not find the information I am looking for. So here are the questions:
1) Does twonky do in-the-fly transcoding of Flac files?
1a) If so can it adjust the bitrate depending on the connection speed (for iPhones, for instance)
1b) If not can it automatically transcode FLAC files by monitoring a folder and convert to mp3 (keeping the FLAC files, or course)
2) All my DVDs are copied as an iso file. I know the older versions could not but how about the latest one?
3) I see that streaming to remote devices is supported for iPhone and Android phones. How about remote laptops?
