I am using TwonkyServer 5.1.9 on a WD MyBook World Edition. When I click on Media Feeds on the Config page, I get "No user credentials found. Can not authorize with the Mediafusion server". Can you help me solve this? I want to get access to internet radio.
I know internet access is working for the NAS. It has an option to check for firmware updates online. When I click this, it responds with "your firmware is up to date". It is version 1.02.06.
Twonky came pre-installed on the NAS. It was updated to 5.1.9 when I updated to the latest firmware.

Some media feeds require configuration before they can be used. You might want to see if there is a media feeds link on the Server settings pages and enter your personal log-in info there.

Rick,
Yes there is a Media Feeds link on the Config page. When I click it, I get "No user credentials found. Can not authorize with the Mediafusion server". I never even get the chance to enter any username/password.

I've passed this info on to others, if they have any suggestions they will post them here.

Re: No user credentials found.
Here is their response:
1. Is this user using only TwonkyServer and those config pages?
2. Can the user check the root directory of the TS install and look for a file called initial_keystore.dat. You can find this file in the root of the TwonkyMedia folder.
If you can find this, please e-mail it to me at tmm-beta@pv.com. That might help us troubleshoot this.
He also says it sounds like there is no file with the username and password for TwonkyServer to authenticate.
