File not Supported with panasonic G30

My new Panasonic's user guide recommends using Twonky so I did expect it would work quite easily, unfortunately it doesn't yet. I am able to stream videos from my PC using mezzmo but not with TwonkyServer.
On the TV it says "File Not Supported"
TV is TX-P46G30E
I am running server 6.0.34 on Windows7 64 bit. Connected to the TV via wireless. The server sees the TV and the TV sees the Server (as well as the Win7 media server). Running the server as a service. There are only 4 files in the video list.
The ones I am using for testing are .AVI with codec MJPG and one .RM
I can show the same videos using mezzmo with no difficulty but I'd like to use TS for its push capabilities.
I have ffmpeg installed and ffmpeg.location points to c:\ffmpeg\bin
I have also tried running from XP on the same PC with the same results.
Is this a supported combination, anyone else succeeding with it, if so what should I look for in the log files
