Hi,

I can't get external srt subtitles work with mp4 videos with my Samsung Smart-TV.
External subtitles works fine with mkv and avi videos.

Does anyone else, eg. LG or Philips internet TV users, having this problem also?

My setup is Qnap, with Twonky version 6.0.38 and Samsung UE55D8005 Smart-TV.

Hi Joe,

As far as I knew, subtitles only worked with MKV and some AVI files, but here is a post of a user saying it was working with MP4. I'm posting it here in case it includes helpful tips.
