Difference between 7.0.8 kirkwood and specific one

Hi,
I have a Buffalo Linkstation Pro LS-VL, and yesterday I successfully downloaded and installed Twonky 7.0.8.special kirkwood release.
Now I noticed that also a version named twonky-linkstation-pro-special-7.0.8 is available to download, and sizes are different. Now: do you know what is the difference between the two releases? Why should I choose one vs another?
