Sony Bravia and My Cloud - Urgent Help

Hi guys, I am a new user on this Forum and need some help to get the following issues fixed
I have a Sony Bravia KDL-75W850 Smart TV, and a Western Digital (WD) MyCloud 3 TB connected to my home network.
If I browse the cloud Drive on my windows PC, there is no problem. However, when I see my contents the cloud contents on my TV, it's all messed up. I read it on the WD form to rebuild the database, I have turned on the rebuild process, and it is taking for ever. Now I cannot see my WD cloud device on the TV. Could someone help me to fix this issue.
WD MyCloud works with Twonky Server.
