Can't play SHOUTCAST or HandPicked Radio on Samsung UNC8000

I have no problems playing our mp3 files, but when I try to play the above Internet radio stations I get "Not supported format" errors. I thought this might be resolved by setting the transcoding up on the Twonky server (on a QNAP media server), but that setting box is grayed out.

Any ideas?
