Newbie - Help needed

Post by frescodk » Wed Mar 16, 2011 10:29 pm

Hi,
I have a QNAP TS-209 NAS with Twonkymedia server build 5.1.6 running. I stream to my LG LD750N tv and can hear music no problem. However when I try to see my pictures I can only see thumbnails. As soon as I try to view them I just get a small picture in the middle of the screen with an eklamation mark in it.

Any ideas? When I link the TV to any other computer I can see pictures no problem; so it must be something going on in Twonky?

Thanks for any help.
Jonathan

Can you check on the Media Receivers web page to see what your TV is being detected as?

There doesn't seem to be an LG TV entry in the list for my 6.0.31 or 32 installations but there is an LG Blu-ray player entry which might be more aligned to your TV's abilities.

Hi, thanks for the reply. No LG Bluray on my version. But, great idea you had so thanks. I tried loads and finally found that Panasonic VIERA works! :D
