Netgear DG834GT Problems

I've been trying to get TwonkyMedia to run on my NetGear router using your evaluation copy however once I have copied all the files across and CHMOD'd the directories when I execute the application I get the following error:

/tmp/twk/twonkymedia: 1: Syntax error: "(" unexpected

Any suggestions on what could be the cause. I am using it "as is" and have made no changes to the files from the tar

which programm did you use to copy it over?

I used wget once in the telnet interface to get them from a remotely hosted web server
