Using TMM With ReadyNAS Duo & Phillips Streamium 2900

Hi Everyone,
Apologies if this is a really basic newbie question but I have a problem which I can't seem to resolve.
I have a music library of approx. 20,000 tracks (combination on MP3s and FLACs) located on a ReadyNAS Duo. I've installed the latest version of TwonkyMedia Manager (v1.3.1.25) and when I first run the program and select the Servers tab, two servers are listed - TwonkyMedia Server [RECORDROOM-PC] and music-nas: ReadyNAS. At this point I assumed (maybe wrongly) that I should select the ReadyNAS and perform a Rescan for the track details to appear, however when I do this I can see that a content scan is in progress but within 5 mins the ReadyNAS server is no longer listed in the Servers tab and I'm left with just the TwonkyMedia Server [RECORDROOM-PC] option.
Could someone please help, I'm obviously missing something very basic or doing something wrong.
