Can You Help Me Get Internet Radio Stations on my NSLU2?

Though I'm having freeze-up problems with my NSLU2 running TwonkyVision 4.4 (see my other 8/4/07 post), I'm also not figuring out how to get Internet Radio stations like I was able to receive when using 4.1 on my Vista PC server.

I've checked the Shoutcast option and several genres for stations, but get no stations. What am I missing?

In the config page of shoutcast, did you select all the genres you wanted to 'download' ? Also, does your slug have proper internet access ?
I stumbled unto the same thing until I notice I had to indicate in the config page all the genre I wanted from Shoutcast.

Yes, I selected a couple of genres, to no avail.

BUT, I think I figured it out. I read elsewhere in this forum that the router might have to pass through Internet access to the server. Originally, I had the default setting of a fixed IP address on the NSLU2. Though not recommended (the firmware even pops up a message so stating when you do this), I changed it to a DHCP client setting.

Now, the router seems to pass through Internet access to the NSLU2, and I typed in the IP address for Shoutcast.com in the Content Locations of the Sharing config page of Twonky, and suddenly, I receive radio stations!

Can someone summarize the settings that need to happen for shoutcast to work on an NSLU2 please?

I have tried the references above, but nothing works yet. What ports need to be opened on the gateway/router if any? What needs to be typed into the content locations, exactly (http://ipaddress, etc).

Thanks for any help with this.
