I want to update my 4.4.4 Twonky which runs on my uNSLUng NLSU2.
Like a fool I cannot remember my root password so I can't run the install Twonky install package That also means of course that can't log in under the Admin pages of the NSLU2's web interface..
Is there a way to recover / locate my password?
Thanks for ANY help
uNSLUng password woes :-(
Re: uNSLUng password woes :-(
Hello,
i would assume that you would need to reflash the Unslung via recovery mode using the
reset button at the back...
Look here for instructions:

Re: uNSLUng password woes :-(
Hi - thanks for the advice.
I did just that - started from scratch, re-flashed the Slug and un-slung the OS. Installed Twonky Beta 5 and... exactly the same thing happened! It wouldn't accept the password that I had only just created when unslinging..
I use a flash Drive in Disk 2 for the OS and a 300GB in Disk 1 for the audio files. When I unplugged Disk 1 the installation went fine and accepted my new password, no problem. Not sure if that's what supposed to happen but it worked for me
