Uninstalling Twonky 7.1 Special

I have been using Twonky 7.1 Special but have been having problems.
I therefore decided to revert to the official version of Twonky 7 at http://my.twonky.com/apps/PacketVideo-T ... -7.1.2.exe
When I run the download I get the message "You are trying to downgrade Twonky 7.1 Special. Installing Twonky 7.1 over Twonky 7.1 is not supported. Please first manually uninstall Twonky 7.1 Special before installing the free version".
I have uninstalled Twonky 7.1 special via the Control Panel-Programs-Uninstall a program.
After the uninstall, I also deleted all the remaining residual files that I could find.
I then cleaned the registry using PC Cleaner.

How do I progress beyond this point?
