unable to rip cd to NAS WD my book live

after changing my internet provider, whith a new box,
the NAS do not appear on the windows file explorer, in the network selection.
But I can use Linn Kazoo on my PC, to read the music in the NAS WD.
But I can't rip new CD with dbpoweramp.. :when I select the path, Musicbox-twonky do not appear in the network selection
I uninstalled et installed dbpoweramp,
I reseted my internet box provider ( where the NAS WD and PC are connected by ethernet cables)
I restarted the Nas WD
no improvement...
can you help ?
