Windows Server 2016 iTunes 12.6 Twonky 8.5

I am using a Windows Server 2016 with iTunes 12.6 installed on it.
Now Twonky 8.5 should share the iTunes Database for my DLNA Devices.
All Devices can found the Twonky Server, but the Twonky has no Media to share.
Twonky doesn't share the media frim iTunes. #
At the shared folders of Twonky i have this: C:\Users\Tiedi-Laptop\Music\iTunes
Why Twonky does not find the media of iTunes?
