Twonky Forum

Twonky's not running on my windows machine or showing up in my Marantz Music Server or on TVs (all of which have been working fine). Shortcut in Windows Start points to twonkeytray.exe under \Program Files (x86)\Twonky\TwonkyServer. Double-clicking this does nothing. Rebooted PC, of course.

Upgraded recently to Windows 10 version 1803 - not positive it was still working after that upgrade. Installed Twonky in 2015. Don't know how to determine what version I'm running (as it won't run). Do I need to upgrade Twonky? If so, how? Can anyone recommend troubleshooting methods? Presume a re-install means re-building (huge) library Please advise.

Thought I'd answer my own question, in case anyone else had this problem. When it stops running - as it does from time to time - Re-starting doesn't fix it. Shutting Down completely and then Starting cold does. No idea why. Since it runs on my default browser (in my case, Firefox), I can't be sure that this is a Twonky, not a Firefox, issue, of course.
