pictures in maps with music

hello all you wizards,
i have a twonky server up and running for my Bang&Olufsen beosound5 but there is a strange thing that i cannot figure out.
i have close to 200 albums in maps, my server shows them all on my sooundsystem but half of them show the picture of the album, and half of them shows nothing but the pictures are in the map. all of them are jpg.
what is the clue? how do i get it to show all album arts?
