Hello,
I noticed that Vista is not officially supported and there were a few vista specific issues mentioned in the FAQ. How well (or not) does TwonkyVision work on Vista? I'll be streaming FLAC, pictures, and home movies to a PS3 connected wirelessly. The server it will be installed on is plenty powerful.
Thx,
Larry
Vista 32bit support?

Hi there.
Well, it doesn't work out of the box, at least not in my setup.
I've tried installing a trial on a Win XP pc and one on a Vista 64 pc in my place. The Win XP-version shows up just fine on connected clients (like my PS3 and other PCs), but the Vista one remains hidden from other clients.
Haven't figured out what's wrong yet, and the FAQ isn't of much help, but I'll keep investigating it.

Re: Vista 32bit support?
I installed Twonky on my 32bit Vista machine the day I bought it. It's worked perfect from day one.
Re: Vista 32bit support?
Hi,
I have nearly the same problem.
Vista, Twonky 4.4.4 and PS3. The PS3 can connect but after a few seconds the connection breaks up.
XP Pro, Twonky 4.4.4 and PS3 -> No Problem at all.
I used the same PC for the test. So I think there is a problem in the combination of Vista and Twonky.
Before I foreget it, the Vista is a Ultimate 32 Bit.
So where is the Problem???
... please no replys like -> Vista is a problem al all...................
