Loosing Registration Key

Today I ordered the licence key for 2 TM 2.4.45 and TwonkyVision 5.0 Beta 1 which is runnung on my TerraStations NAS.
I am very dispointed because the automatic recognition of all devices doesn't work at all. And I got the phenomen that I loose the registration after i put it in a hurry in the fields of the TM. There was only once the T61 with the TM to stream music on.
So how can I permanently get registered with the TM with my official licence key? I cannot believe that at all.
