Twonky with Paspberry PI, Fritzbox 7390. USB-HDD

Hi.
I have a Raspberry PI with Squeezeplugin and Twonky. I use a USB-HDD connected with my Fritzbox 7390. The Raspberry ist connected with LAN-Cable on my fritzbox.
How can I tell Twonky, to scan the files (music and movies) from the USB-HDD on my Fritzbox?
Is there a howto to mount this HDD with the Raspberry PI?
Thanks.

Regards,
elbimc
