I have just upgraded my Fedora Core 5 to 6 and reinstalled TwonkyVision server at version 4.3 (previous was 3.1 and working very nicely).
To gather all my media into a coherent folder structure fro twonky, I created a directory called /usr/local/TwonkyVision/MediaLinks with 3 subdirectories:
Code: Select all
# cd /usr/local/TwonkyVision/MediaLinks/
# ls -l
.:

drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Mar 19 11:32 Music
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Mar 16 20:34 Photo
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 May 19 11:19 Video
Code: Select all
# ls -lR *

Does TwonkyVision 4.3 no longer support symbolic links in the media tree, or is there something else odd here? The option "followlinks=1" is set in both 4.3 and 3.1 ini files (though I couldn't find how to edit this in 4.3).
Regards,
Zane.
