Internet Radio Streaming

Hello,
I just installed 8.2.1 on Ubuntu 14.04 and I have tried several times to get the internet radio streaming to work, but was unable to. I am using the .m3u file is below. When I try to connect with my Sony SA-NS310 WiFi speaker, my Samsung TV UE40ES6710, and my ipad I get the message unable to play media. Is there a guide to set this up? Or can twonky stream m3u to dlna clients?
