Problem with browsing content in local webbrowser / 8.4.1

Hello,
while in 8.1.2 browser was still ok, in later versions the browsing seems not working anymore. Currently I'm using 8.4.1. But this error is also in 8.4-2, 8.2.1 etc.
When clicking e.g. on "Video" -> "http://127.0.0.1:9000/webbrowse#video", I get the message "interner fehler(local function failed for unknown reason)".
Please advice how to solve this.
