How do you refresh what files are being shared?

I added a file and it took forever to get it to show up. I think I restarted the computer or something. Isn't there a terminal command or something that can refresh it?

Just enter http://192.168.0.10:9000/rpc/rescan in a webbrowser. Replace 192.168.0.10 if you have twonky installed on an different ip.
