Twonky / Xbox 360 combo doesn't play correct music

For some reason suddenly Twonky has started playing the wrong tracks - I select a particular album to play on my Xbox 360, but something completely different plays instead.
I've tried restarting the server, rescanning the content directories and rebuilding the database, but nothing seems to work. How can I completely clear the database and start again?
