other media server 5.0 problems

Hi
thanks to chris answer I'm able to start the media server at boot Thanks Chris for that!!!!
I have some other problems on ubuntu hardy 64 bit
1- the mediaserver is not allways in the Vista lan resources (appear and disappear) and that make WMP11 to crash
2- after pointing to a directory with 2 music files and 1 video file I still have this info
Music tracks: 10
Photos: 3430
Videos: 8
3- double menù look at thescreenshot
4- strange menù display after I click the "save setting" button
