Share media served by network connected devices

Hi,
I have this configuration :
- One linux PC running twonkyMedia server
- One STB connected to the PC and running some DLNA software and having one USB port where I can put usb disk with multimedia content.
Is the twonkyMedia server running on PC aware of the media detected by the STB ? Can I read the content on the PC ?
Is there a specific configuration to do in mediaserver.ini to support this configuration ?
