IPv6 problems?

OS: Ubuntu 9.04 (64 bit)
Twonky: 5.1.2 or 5.1.3
I was having a nightmare with Twonky today, couldn't get it to stay accessible for more than a few seconds of video. After much troubleshooting and going through my notes I realised that the last major change had been to deploy IPv6 to my network (hey, I'm a geek). I removed IPv6 from the host running Twonky, restarted Twonky, and suddenly it works again. I put IPv6 back and restarted Twonky and it fails again.
Has anybody else tried Twonky on a host with real IPv6 addresses? I'm wondering if it's just me (ie raising a bug would be pointless) or a wider problem.
