DDNS on Ubuntu 9.04

Hi guys,
my problem the acces from outside to my Twonky server, the browsing from internet is not possible 'cause after the home page the replay page is Http://localaddress:9000/
I tryed to delete the .ini file as suggested in some post, but the server didn' re-create a new one (more rebbot of my pc/server are made). The server is up and running also without the .ini file.
My setup:
Intel atom pc
Ubuntu 9.04
Twonky server 6.0.32
Router modem Netgear DGND3300v2
On the local network all works fine.
