Hi, I am running Twonky 6.0.37 on a MacBook Pro mid 2009 with OS X 10.7.2 and i'm experiencing some problems:
1 The transcoding options are greyed out and i cannot manage how to make it work (i tried to change the path in the /MediaServer/cgi-bin/ffmpeg.location to the path were the ffmpeg build is but nothing changed)
2 When i open Twonky the icon starts bumping and it stops like 2 or 3 minutes later and it remains in the dock, while when it starts as a login item it's icon is hidden
3 when i click on the "stop Twonky..." TwonkyMediaServer and twonkywebdav continue running and the browser continue displaying the page "server is going down now"
4 under the shared tab the link to the webdav server config page ("here") is broken and it leads to a 404 error page
5 when twonky is running i see 2 different servers: TwonkyMediaServer and twonkymediaserver..is it normal?
6 There are no /sync folders in my default media folder
I tried to remove the .app and the AppSupport folders and reinstall again a couple of times but these things didn't change
I appreciate any kind of help.
If you need more infos i'll give you.
Thanks in advance

Re: Issues
I'm sorry to read this. Twonky let Mac users down so my advice would be to ask for a refund and don't buy and use their software anymore! Twonky is also not supported by Apple! I've had similair problems and when contacting Twonky support they reply after a month with non helpfull and arrogant support. The new 6.0.38 adresses the same known issues!

Re: Issues
ok, now i'm really sure that it has to deal with twonkywebdav server:
i wrote an app that runs twonkymediaserver and after 8 seconds kills twonkywebdav process and now it works fine! how can i fix this?why webdav server is not working?killing this process resolves issues 2,3 and 5..i tried to open the twonkymediaserver app and open config.html and it says that server was not responding (obviously w/out killing the process).
Does anybody have the same problem i have with webdav server? Any help?

We weren't aware of a problem with the WebDAV server, but based on your comments we'll look into this. Thank you for taking the time to share this information with us.
