Not streaming local files right now

On my MacOS X 10.6.8 Server I keep the message "Not streaming local files right now". Whatever I try I'm not getting a change in that message. On my Sony Bravia I see the server and I can browse through several folders but can't get any media to the TV.

I haven't seen that before. Trying powering down and then back up and then wait a few minutes for the server to complete its file scanning process.

I've treid that this evening, unfortunatly it didn't work out. I have a screenshot how to get that to you ??
