ERROR in the 4.4.6 build

Hi
Version 4.4.6 won't run under a non-admin account. I had to chmod the twonkymedia.db/arp.out file to get it to run.
Please can you fix this as a matter of urgency?

different problem with my installation of twonkymedia on mac os x 10.5.5
after starting the server, the following message appears:
the programm "twonkymediaserver" has been closed unexpected
i can choose to restart the programm, to ignore or to send an report to apple.
i updated yesterday both, twonkymedia from 4.4.4 to 4.4.6 AND mac os x to version 10.5.5
anyone an idee whats the reason? os x or twonkymedia? some days ago it was still running fine......
thanks for any suggestions to fix that....

Same problem as Nicolaus. First time user attempting to set up this software on 30 free trial - not a good start! Intel Mac OS X 10.5.5.
