Error: This key is already in use by another instance...

HI,
I recently upgraded to 4.4.9 from 4.4.5. My previous version was working flawlessly with all my devices. When I upgraded, I am now getting a "This key is already in use by another instance of the server".
Now my devices are not recognizing my Mac.
I only have Twonky installed in this Mac.
Any ideas on how to correct this?
