How to disable TwonkyMediaServer

TwonkyMediaServer is using up too much resources on my Mac, can someone tell me how to disable it.

I am actually not surprised that the no one has replied to my question.
They don't reply to customer support emails either.
My advice would be to buy another media server, Twonky doesn't work and they don't provide any support.
One of the worst software companies I have ever dealt with.
