Transcode, ffmpegX, and media sharing YouTube Video

I have installed ffmpegX, and have fixed Twonky Server Location File to point to it's location. I have selected MPEG2 in the Transcoding box and restarted the server. Now when I select a YouTube videos from HTML video section in Twonky Server it launches the video in Firefox with Quicktime. I had thought it would launch the video with ffmpegX and do a conversion to MP2 has checked in the Transcoding box so I could play it as an MPEG-2 video.

How does one use this Transcoding feature on a Mac interfacing to a Direct TV Media Share receiver app.

Also transcoding is dimmed for MP3 Music, another issue.

I am trying to play YouTube videos on my big screen via the Direct TV Media Share option on the receiver.

How do I get this to work?
