LaCie EDmin 500GB and Xbox 360

I have a LaCie EDmin 500GB running version 1.1.1 of it's software and I've been using it with my Xbox 360 via the media server option.

It seems to work well most of the time however sometimes it doesn't seem to connect the first time around and I would have to either switch the Xbox off an on again or disconnect from the Lacie in the 360 and reconnect it again.

I have 2 x 360's at home (one is wired while the other is wireless) and both do the same thing.

Has anyone else come across this?

I sometimes have this problem if the Lacie is doing a media refresh, or if I am copying large files between my Pc and the Lacie...

I have a 320GB version and had the same problem after upgrading to v. 1.1.1. I noticed that the database rebuild did not work anymore. The scan notice next to the "MediaServer Enable" message was not showing any date or time. Finally I had to revert back to the initial version and all seem to work "normal" again.
