WD MyCloud Ex2 Ultra - Twonky does not find my media files

Hi

I installed Twonky on my WD NAS from within the WD browser configuration. However, Twonky fails to find my large library of videos sitting in the default folder "Public" on the WD device. Any advice? I assumed Twonky would automatically scan the device. I have requested rescan from the Twonky bowser configuration tool. No change.
