I have just recently installed an ASUS NAS-M25 on our network for the purpose of streaming media. After initial frustration for an hour, I realised that streaming to our Samsung TV was not working as this had to be selected manually in the Media Receivers drop down list. However, despite clicking the save button on both the Media Receivers and Maintenance pages, whenever the server restarts, the TV is relisted as "Generic Media Receiver" and subsequently has to be manually changed again for streaming to work.
I have installed the latest ASUS firmware which contains Twonky 6.0.31-RC6. Is there any way that manually selected Samsung TV can be carried over server restarts?
