How come there is no nassetup.exe in this version? Will one from an older release work? Or is it not a recommend solution anymore?

Thanks Rick. Also I can't seem to get Twonky every start I have tried it manually and with on boot up but here is what it says:

/usr/local/twonky/twonkystarter

For image conversion and scaling utilizes ImageMagick. For details on the license please see ./cgi-bin/convert-readme.txt
this repeats every few seconds

/etc/init.d/twonky.sh

root@NAS:/etc/init.d# ./twonky.sh start
Starting /usr/local/twonky/twonkystarter ...
Twonky Version 7.0.5
ps: unrecognized option `--no-headers'
BusyBox v1.7.0 (2007-10-15 19:49:46 IST) multi-call binary

Usage: ps

Report process status

Options:
w Wide output

Starting twonkywebdav ... ps: unrecognized option `--no-headers'
BusyBox v1.7.0 (2007-10-15 19:49:46 IST) multi-call binary

Starting twonkyproxy ... root@NAS:/etc/init.d#

Hope someone can provide a solution to fix this as I had 6.0.38 working correctly now I have nothing

I unfortunately don't have an answer to this question, but there should be other forum users here that can answer this.

I got it fixed. I had to install the kirkwood build for what ever reason it's working now though :-)

Any news on 7.0.7 for NAS?

Also, would like to report a problem with server uptime detection on the status page. Mine shows:

Server Uptime
4498 days, 8 hours, 25 minutes, 25 seconds

My server hasn't been up for over 12 years!!!

Thanks for reporting this Mark. I'll make sure Berlin is informed of this.

Last Thursday a second release candidate was created for TS 7.0.8. Some bugs were found since then which required another release. If all goes as well we'll post something by Friday. NAS builds will probably follow by another week as usual. Sorry for the delays.

Mark,

Here is the response I received to your question:
We have seen this when the system starts the server before the time is fully initialized. In this case TwonkyServer starts with the current system which is something very far in the past. After that the system synchronizes its time, probably with some online NTP service. After that the uptime may be wrong because it is calculated as difference between the presence and the start time of the server.
Let me know if this problem always occurs. Based on the above comments, I would expect it to go away if you power-cycle.
