Hi,
no matter what I do, Twonky is re-scanning the files on my NAS (WD MyBookLive) again and again. How to stop it?
As a matter of course I have changed the value of the field "Rescan in minutes" to "0", "-1" etc. and restarted the server afterwards.
Any ideas to solve this issue?
Thanks in advance,
Dirk

Re: Rescan of TwonkyMediaServer on my WD NAS again and again
Hi all,
In the meantime I found out that TwonkyMediaServer is not rescanning againg and again but the "Server uptime" displayed in the GUI of TwonkyMediaServer begins to counts up from zero after ~ 1 hour.
Any ideas how to solve this?
Thank you in advance,
Dirk

The server will do a scan every time you power it up. This process can take a while if you have a lot of media files.
