Qnap212p, Twonky and Sony kdl-46ex803

Anyone have knowledge of running Twonky on a Qnap NAS device?
I'm only trying to stream audio at the moment.
If I use the beta DLNA server on the QNAP it works ok, I can browse tunes/albums but I get gap errors between tracks which is bothersome rather than a problem. All aac encoded (stop the flac flame now).
However, if I only enable the Twonky server and set the device profile to Sony Bravia for the kdl-46ex803, then I can browse the tunes/albums but it never sees any songs within the album dirs(folders), which I find odd.
Any ideas how to resolve this so that I can run Twonky, as it's a much neater service than the Qnap native one.
