This happened before and I deleted the all the files in the /var/twonky and started from scratch, which fixed it for a day maybe, but it's re-fubard itself again..

Can you please share some more details about the content you share and your configuration?

Is this problem only for video?
What videos do you share?
Have you enabled multiuser?

You can also try to rebuild the media database. Use http://ip-of-twonky:9000/rpc/rebuild
